Mayo I’m so sorry I realise I never responded! 10 months later 😅 I have been doing M/Body since 2019, first with the YT videos. I remember having to quarantine for 3 weeks in a hotel room in HK and doing the popsugar videos 😅 then I joined M/body in 2023. What about you? I love Japan so much, my husband and I got engaged there 10 years ago and we have travelled there every year since then except during covid. Where do you live in Japan?

Thank you so much Jennifer ❤️! I am SO thrilled I was able to attend a live for the first time. Even though I wasn’t actually working out at 1am 😅 Just watching while feeding and putting my little one back to sleep! 

I’ve just been cleared for exercise at 6 weeks and I’m SO excited to get back to the mat. M/body is such a big part of my journey, literally saved my mental health after I had my first kiddo. ❤️ 

I guess I’ll be joining more of the lives through that newborn phase if I’m awake at night 😅

Welcome! I almost exclusively do the 20 and 30 minute workouts about 5x per week, this is all I can manage as a toddler mum. I find it more sustainable for me and it’s helped me show up every day. ❤️
