Hi everyone! I’m slowly resuming exercise at 12 weeks postpartum and I’ve been doing some of my favourite “comfort classes” (including that amazing pelvic floor one which is so good).

Would you have any recommendation for classes to do postpartum to ease back into exercise and rebuild strength, that be would be diastasis recti friendly please? 😅

Bonus if it’s an under 20 or 30 because that’s all I can realistically do at the moment ha!

Thank you so much Jennifer ❤️! I am SO thrilled I was able to attend a live for the first time. Even though I wasn’t actually working out at 1am 😅 Just watching while feeding and putting my little one back to sleep! 

I’ve just been cleared for exercise at 6 weeks and I’m SO excited to get back to the mat. M/body is such a big part of my journey, literally saved my mental health after I had my first kiddo. ❤️ 

I guess I’ll be joining more of the lives through that newborn phase if I’m awake at night 😅

Welcome! I almost exclusively do the 20 and 30 minute workouts about 5x per week, this is all I can manage as a toddler mum. I find it more sustainable for me and it’s helped me show up every day. ❤️
