Yes! I think it will just be filling my time with more of what I already do, which will be great!

Who has exited social media, how is it going, what helped you succeed? I’m so tired of sound bites and echo chambers and all the bad things. Have you replaced it with magazines, books, newspapers, or something else? (Photo of Rob Thomas at the piano from his concert in Denver last week. I’ve loved him/MB20 since the 6th grade! I selfishly would love a 20-30min class with all Rob and MB20.)

I’m for an LP return too!

Yes! Gliders are a challenge for me.

More, please!

Ace of Base - The Sign

Spin Doctors - Two Princes

Blind Melon - No Rain

Eric Clapton - Change the World

I so enjoy your perspective, Marnie! My social media is flooded by drs with the same opinions and it’s nice to be reminded that our bodies are different and worth experimenting with when it comes to diet, movement, etc.

What a fun sing-along class for we country music fans!! Loved the line dance, mid class cardio, slow pushups, and the ab section. Is it considered an M/Body rite of passage to cry in a class? If so, this one did it for me. After almost 4 years.

Thanks to whoever picked Jamey Johnson’s “In Color.” I forgot how much I like that song.
