I loved todays class! Couldn’t see comment section on app to write the one thing I love about myself so I’m posting here as it ties into this monthly theme of resilience ~ I love that I’m willing to keep believing in my body’s ability to heal especially by doing a 60 min workout (even at low impact) when my fibromyalgia flares up and knowing it’s a love note to my body mind soul to “move” me closer to a lightness of being. I always feel so much better thank you Marnie! 💖 💫
On vacation with my fam and I’ve created a great balance of relaxing and still doing workouts- not every day but enough that I feel good and strong ❣️💪 Love that I can take this platform anywhere- even Port Aransas,TX with its spotty Wi-Fi connection- thank you download feature🙌🏖✨

Fam I did the live yesterday and loved every minute of it. And surprisingly was very sore even though the class was only 20 mins. But I wanted to share some personal stuff. I have horrible hunching posture. Why you ask? As a young woman I had very large breasts and I have always wanted to hide them. And so many of the words Marnie shared during the class really hit home. I know that many of you love your body but I struggle with body image issues. The global fam has helped but I am always my worst critic. Hopefully I can revisit this class again and work on standing up straight and being proud of my body no matter the shape.
I wanted to share some M/Body gratitude to all the Mollys (and Mollies) who join the lives, especially the 45 and 60 mins ones that I do from the catalog. I’ve been with M/Body since spring 2020 but have never done a live. But because all my same name sisters show up and get a shout out, I feel like Marnie’s talking to me whenever I do the class. (And yes, I can drop my shoulder and lift my leg higher, Marnie. How can you see through the screen?!?).
So a big thank you to all of you other Mollys - it’s because of you that I feel part of the lives, even when I can’t be. You never know how the way you show up can bring joy to the community, one shout out at a time.
