Hello Fam, happy Saturday!

I’ve just finished my first class - M/<45 Low Inpact Sculpt /112 - using the M/Body Balls 🥰

I cannot express how happy I am!!! It took quite a time for them to reach Italy but finally they arrived a couple of days ago. A huge THANK YOU to Danni who took care of my packet, I really appreciated it!

Now I’m ready to take my workouts to the next level🚀

Any advice for using them is more than welcome!

Healing happens in so many ways…movement, laughter, tears, sweat, hugs, nutrition, new adventures, old friends & rest. After COVID and our amazing NYC adventures I hadn’t realized how fast and long I had been running without an exhale. It took an impromptu road trip to the desert to remind me how important it is to slow down every now and then. To rest. With the support and encouragement of our unbelievable M/BODY team I decided last minute to take another day to let my body heal. We have some fun throwback video options for you so that you don’t miss your Sat workout! Revisiting previous classes is a fabulous way to build your skills and to see how far you’ve come! We will push our 45min Abs + Arms class & celebration to this Wednesday 7/27. I can’t wait to see you then!!!

Spending a day with Laurie was the highlight of my stay at Lake George. She is the sweetest, kindest soul. We talked a lot about how the support of this fam impacted our lives and helped us grow.

This was the first time for her to drive this far, to leave Canada without her parents, I even did a brief 'interview' with Laurie's dad the day before ☺️. Everything turned out to be perfect. I am so proud of her!

Thank you Fam for making this world a better place! Meeting fam members irl is my fave hobby lately! 💕

Maybe I’m just putting my own stress on the community but I get the feeling we all need some warmth and light right now. Sending it to all you lovely warriors, connecting and wishing you all the white light of protection Marnie’s shared before, which felt so personal. Goodness I appreciated that .

And reminding us all (myself included for sure currently) to take deep breaths, acknowledge the anxieties, and let them pass. We can do hard things, even things we don’t fully grasp.

Love so much the class today. (07/19) 30 min sculpt + strech = sweaty!!! By the end I lind of felt like a cloud ☁️ raining on my mat!!! I guess that's how Marnie feels everytime!
