I have such an emotional attachment to this class. I've done it multiple times a month since 2021, I seriously have every move, song, and pretty much everything Marnie says in it memorized, I don't know how I've never commented on it!

This class is so healing not just for the hips, but it gives me an emotional release every single time I do it! I am a Marnie girl through and through but if you were on the fence about getting a subscription to the platform it would be worth it just to have access to this magical class!

This is my go to recovery flow class! It's sooooo gooey and feels amazing in the body and the playlist is perfection!

I’m loving the slower, specific classes!!!! This is such a great way for me to come back to my body another wonderful postpartum class!!

This is such a great class for me being postpartum!!! Such a great way to work on balance and getting in the right alignment! I am loving these classes that really slow down and get specific, they feel like physical therapy!!!

A Marnie’s fav class would be so fun!!!

I’d love more stretch and sculpt flows!! Maybe like a 20 min floor focused stretch and sculpt!

Loved this class!!!! The side lying series are a favorite for me and somehow this is the 3rd class in a row I’ve picked with them!!

Abs and arms classes are a favorite of mine but this one is so unique and honestly one of my favorite!!! Loved the all floor flow and the side lying series to activate the arms and abs in a unique way!! Then loved ending with some traditional favorite moves!! A new favorite for sure!

A moment of appreciation for the <20 classes!

I’ve always loved the <20 classes for hectic days or days when I don’t feel super motivated, but I’m even more appreciative of these classes with my baby boy! Right now he’ll only nap solo for exactly 28 minutes 😂but it’s not stopping me from getting on that mat!

I can hit play on a 20 minute class and love that I can get a warm up, sweat, stretch, and grounding in just 20 minutes and I feel like I got a great workout in!

Thank you Marnie as always for sharing your gift with us, having this time just completely changes how I approach the day and I’m so thankful I don’t have to lose it! You have no idea how much you’ve helped carry me through the last (almost!!!) 6 years!
