Abs and arms classes are a favorite of mine but this one is so unique and honestly one of my favorite!!! Loved the all floor flow and the side lying series to activate the arms and abs in a unique way!! Then loved ending with some traditional favorite moves!! A new favorite for sure!

A moment of appreciation for the <20 classes!

I’ve always loved the <20 classes for hectic days or days when I don’t feel super motivated, but I’m even more appreciative of these classes with my baby boy! Right now he’ll only nap solo for exactly 28 minutes šŸ˜‚but it’s not stopping me from getting on that mat!

I can hit play on a 20 minute class and love that I can get a warm up, sweat, stretch, and grounding in just 20 minutes and I feel like I got a great workout in!

Thank you Marnie as always for sharing your gift with us, having this time just completely changes how I approach the day and I’m so thankful I don’t have to lose it! You have no idea how much you’ve helped carry me through the last (almost!!!) 6 years!

Wow I LOVED this class!! I’m 5 months post partum and have been slowly building back up my core strength and I’ve actually been avoiding this class because I thought it would be too straining on my core, but this class was like rehab for it!! It felt so healing and strengthening, definitely one of the more gentle core classes that focused more on feeling the different parts of your core rather than being super intense! I’ll be favoriting this class to come back to a lot to help me build up my strength! I also loveeeeeed the meditation at the end, such a special time to connect to a part of our bodies that do so much for us but we’re often so hard on!

Thank you so much Monique!!!! Your words are so beautiful!!! I think about you saying the mat is here even if it’s interrupted or not done to completion almost ever day! It feels so good to step onto the mat even for just a few minutes and I’ve been giving myself tons of grace even if I can’t finish the whole workout if baby boy needs me!

First class back after giving birth to my sweet baby boy, Aaron! šŸ’™

I’m about 8 weeks postpartum and even though I’ve been sooooo ready to get back to my M/body for the last few weeks it’s been hard to find the time, even why baby boy sleeps, I want to hold him and soak up all the baby snuggles!

Tonight I just got the urge (yes at almost midnight my sleep schedule is all sorts of crazy right now! šŸ˜‚) that I needed some Marnie and did the latest restore class and loved every second of it! This was the perfect class to return to! It felt so good to move my body, but honestly so strange to do it alone for the first time in several months! I miss the kicks and hiccups I felt daily, but love that I can run over and snuggle him whenever I want now, which I did post class! 🄰

I can’t explain how happy I am to be back on the mat, but I’m beginning with the intention that I’m not ā€œbouncing backā€ I’m not who I was before and I’m not trying to get back to her, instead, I’m ready to get back into movement to honor this new body that carried life and continues to carry me. My intention is to tend to it with care, to grow strong, and to nurture myself so I can show up fully for my family. šŸ’œ

I don’t think I would be able to give myself this gift of taking care of myself like this had I not had 5 years of Marnie’s encouragement!

Love these power sculpt classes SO much!!!! This was one of my favorite power sculpts so far! I loved the variation on the core work at the end instead of doing crunches because I was able to do the core work while 27 weeks pregnant, I just modified with lighter weights! Such a fun class!!!
