I lost track of the day between cleaning and some work catch-up and almost didn’t work out because I wanted to watch a movie instead. But I reminded myself that I really want to do this and I’m glad I followed through! I feel so much better after a session.

My main goal is to manage 30 classes and my super goals are:

  1. Stretch and do my PT exercises every morning

  2. Be OK with not working out for two weeks after my surgery in late November. It’s not being lazy and losing gains, it’s recovery and letting my body heal!

  3. Make more time to read instead of scrolling social media aimlessly. Specifically, finish at least two books by late November.

Can’t wait for my first challenge! I’m only going to be able to do 2/3s of it because I have surgery scheduled for the end of November but I’m looking forward to being in better shape when I started my forced break later for two or three weeks!

Loved this! Was properly challenged by the lunges in particular! Will definitely come back to this one again to help measure progress over time.

Thank you for the tips! I’ll try that next time. Also awesome to see another WI person!

I’m outside Milwaukee, WI! And the workout was great and challenging. I had to modify the crunches a bit because of my sensitive neck, but everything else was doable (and I’m always looking for recommendations for standing abs classes!)

Thank you! I backed out once it seemed like the timer ended and things stalled out but I don’t know if I closed the app altogether and opened it anew! Will try that next time!

Hi! This was my first live and it was great. At first I tried to watch through the app on my iPad but it never loaded, so I watched from the website instead. Should I keep trying the app for lives or is the website just better? What’s the best way to see the chat and the video at the same time? I’m wondering if I’m maybe I should just use my laptop instead!
