One of the biggest highlights of 2022 (and probably my life to be honest) was finding the magic of M/Body! My first full year down, and a lifetime to go! Leah-this is very powerful indeed! I've come to learn over time that blood isn't always thicker than water, and we actually have the power to choose our family. It still doesn't make it easy to let go though. However when it feels really heavy and sad as you go through the letting go process, just know there are people out there that would absolutely love to be part of your tribe and like Monique said will show up and give you exactly what you need! I'm rooting for you! 🙌
