I’ve really missed you all!
It’s been nearly three weeks since I last worked out due to bronchitis, but I just finished the holiday signature and it was such a joy!
Even though it wasn’t a live session, I felt really connected with everyone, and I got pretty emotional during the meditation…
I’m looking forward to dancing with Marnie and all of you for another amazing year!

And just know I am perfectly happy to revisit an old class tomorrow instead of a live to give you all more time to find your bearings through all this! We’re not going anywhere. 🤍

Hello everyone! Has anyone got any good adjustments to share for crunches lying on your back. My lower back is quite stiff so I can’t get a good core connection when doing crunches with ball behind my belly button (my back arches straight away) and my shoulders hunch if I roll the ball more between shoulder blades. I am not sure how to progress this one. Would appreciate any thoughts and advice ❤️ Have a great Tuesday everyone!!!

This months word is “kindness” and just thought I would share this shirt I just got my daughter that I saw when I was working out today! 🥰 What a coincidence 🩷

Did my first class since god knows when. I had a bunch of health issues the last year and I completely lost my M/Body consistency! But I was able to condition and do a simple recovery class. I can't wait to getting back to several times a week! It felt amazing today.

Restore & release class with my girlie who is recovering from a stomach bug. ♥️ Glad to do the lymph drainage together. ♥️♥️♥️

This February, M/BODY will be in Miami for a day of wellness activities, giveaways, and two M/BODY classes hosted by Walmart all for FREE! 💫

The event is from 11am-4pm EST at the Walmart North Miami Beach Supercenter! Marnie will be teaching two 45 minute no equipment Signature workouts 🙌
