I am committing to doing the challenge starting tomorrow up until July 20... after it's vacation time!!! But I will definitely continue my journey during my vacation and beyond that. My daily goals are : 1. Step on the mat with the intention to listen to my body. 2. Do a minimum of 10 minutes of yoga/ meditation. 3. Always living life with intention.

I’m planning for the 60 days, but giving myself the freedom to mix days as needed! Here are my 3 goals that I will also work on during the challenge! M/body always helps to keep me aligned to these goals but I want to be more intentional about them over the next 60 days to set more intuitive habits!

  1. To be more present on the mat and off

  2. Reduce social media/scrolling

  3. Take my vitamins each day

  4. Practice gratitude each day

  5. Meditate daily (even 2 mins of breathing!)

I want to release:

  1. People pleasing

  2. Stress over situations out of my control

  3. Negative self talk/self judgement

I'm committing to doing at least 45 days! I'm taking a two week vacation during the challenge but I will sneak in the short workouts. 

Goal 1: Work toward plank on toes! (This came up in the live and I second!)

Goal 2: Integrate high impact options more often.

Goal 3: Pause to do breath work and/or journal 3-5 times per week.

I am also going to reduce my screen time and read more, especially before bed!

So excited for summer of strong and the opportunity to commit to more days than usual since I'm on summer break from teaching - going for all 60 but with grace in there as I'm also home with my kids😜 and the last week is school starting! I just want to celebrate making it to the mat each time- no matter how good I feel during and after, it's a constant struggle to get myself to begin.

Hi everyone! Since my IG is private, I will write my goals and post everything for the challenge here! I am committing to 30 days of fitness, hopefully more. My three goals are 1. To show up to the mat as often as possible, as a way to remind me how good I feel after moving with the fam. 2. Be gentle with myself when my body is telling me to slow down (and listen to it). 3. Take 10 minutes each day to do the wellness tasks and to journal. Happy Challenge everyone! Day 1 and 2 done!

To lessen/remove thoughts and things that cause some discordance maybe by streamlining some routines like:  Creating a dedicated workout area in the Garage, make a chore calendar, add more charging stations m move some things around, throw things away (lol, you guys know what I mean)

Would like to strengthen my ability to concentrate and/or mediate (or sit quietly)

Work outs: work on Upper Arm strength / Holding planks longer, Working on getting up from kneeling , keep working on my feet and treating them firmly with care.

Continue to slowly wean down the things I've carried around from living in the same city and state for over 50 years - physical things and emotional things.
