Hi Jenna

I’m sorry to hear you have panic disorder, I have it too so can understand the challenges it can bring. Like you, I have experienced panic attacks following a workout. 

I wish I had some helpful tips to share but unfortunately my panic disorder is at its worst at the moment, each day is one panic attack after the other, and this makes is difficult for me to experiment with ways of mitigating workout related panic attacks. 

I do find that trying to remain balanced throughout the workout helps, focusing on syncing my breath to movement and keeping my heart rate a little below my highest by always mixing in lots of the low impact options. When I do this I feel best set up to cultivate the benefits of M/BODY on the nervous system.
