I could write a long list of all the reasons this class is a favourite of mine, from the fam fave moves and playlist to the power ballad stretch at the barre! At the top of this list would be that it was a class in which I was lucky to be able to celebrate my birthday. Each time I return to it I feel just as wrapped in love as I did during the live.

The M/<60 Signatures are my favourite so I always want more of those.

If the opportunity ever presents itself (no injuries this time) I would love another Marnie + Lauren Poole class.

I loved M/<45 Standing Sweat /481 because it felt like a 45 minute cardio dance, I would really enjoy another similar class.

Another 45 minute m/ovement ball class, similar to M/<45 T Swift + M/OVEMENT Ball /231.

M/BODY has been really healing for my feet so I would love another foot focused class. In the foot + ankle video Marnie mentioned possibly having another focusing on progressive strength building exercises.
