I circled back and did the new years live. I just wanted to come on here to say first I LOVE THIS FAM!
Second, I am really vibing with having journal prompts post class. The workouts clear my brain and the meditations allow for more open introspection. Pair that with journaling and it’s perfect.
I don’t often carve out time for ME and am notoriously a people pleaser in all arenas - family, work especially…making time to reflect (even in small increments) is feeling very transformative this year.

Started my Thanksgiving week with my best friend- since we were NINE!- and her sweet fam❣️We did a Marnie workout and ended our night with an EPIC dance party with everyone 🕺🏻💃✨Feeling thankful for great friends, great memories, & of course M/body💪

Dear Globalfam , I've been off the app and the community for awhile. I was busy with this cute pie. She arrived Sunday 17 November and we are all good.
I can't wait to go back to the mat, but for now, for me , it's breastfeeding, some walks, some naps and lots of diapers.
Ill be back at the lives in February if everything goes well! Until there I wish you all a great holidays seasons, great lives and Marnie, good and quick recovery of your foot.
