Thank youuu so much for creating this class! It's amazing how much you intuited about my body issues through a few messages-- this class felt like you were teaching me about my body in a nonverbal way- through the movements. I have been doing PT for years- this class felt like they key to unlocking my hips that will in turn release my knee and lower back pain. Indeed, when I started this class this am my lower back was talking to me- now my lower back is silent. You have a truly amazing knowledge of the body and how your method talks to ours is awesome to experience. My life has been enriched by your work for many, many years. You never cease to amaze me! Each class is like a revelation- so to now do this one that was crafted with my issues in mind is the best gift I could ever receive.

This is a great, easy class! It's relaxing and healing... just what I needed after a more intense Marnie session yesterday ;)

Sweat+Stretch are my favorite flavor of Marnie! This one really pushed my strength with the planks ;) Need to do it again to see if I can make it without collapsing during those ;)

Dear Marnie, Thank you for the advice on my knee!! It is really helpful to think about the kinetic chain and focusing on my feet. I have been noticing that the ball of my right foot feels really tight. I am going to do more foot work and think more about shoes. Luckily, summer is coming so I can wear more slip-ons and take shoe breaks easily. Really appreciate you!

Hi Marnie-- Thank you for responding!🥰

I was doing this workout yesterday M/<45 SWEAT + STRETCH /456 and felt the knee pain during the sequences at 20:20 and 26:07.

I chose these two to highlight because they are deep in the video- so I was warmed up- but still doing these moves activated this knee issue. Perhaps there are other warm ups or modifications to try?

The knee pain happens on the inside top/side of the knee cap.

Any insight would be so appreciated!

Hi! I run on the street, track or machine... doesn't matter for the pain.

Hi Marnie and Fam--

I love MBODY! I have been working out with you since the Popsugar video days on YT ;)

Recently, when we do pleats and moves where our hips are angled, I get knee pain on one side. This started recently, and it happens when I jog as well.

Can you (or anyone else) suggest any exercises or warm ups so that my knee doesn't hurt when we do these moves?

Has this issue arisen for other folks??

Thank You! MBODY FOREVER!! 🥰

Kathleen
