Hey G-fam. It feels uneasy to ask for support and some love ā¤ļø I still have old messages in my mind that I have to be tough, hard, and independent when things feel overwhelming but truly, madly, and deeply I love being soft and gentle along with connecting with others. I need some kindness and a warm embrace in this moment. āœØļø I have my period and it's been a whirlwind of emotions and anxiety, plus it's still snowy in Buffalo with constant overcast and I've been going through it. Lots of old painful memories coming up and since I've hit 30 yrs old new connections and perspectives on my life have been showing up. As awesome as it is & with opportunities to heal old wounds, it's frigging overwhelming and scary in some moments. I need to feel and know I'm not alone. My mom is passed on & my sister and I are not close, so I don't have many women in my real life that I can rely on and trust. So, I could really use some kind words please. Thank you and so much love to you all! ā¤ļøĀ

Update...still waiting for my granddaughter to arrive and headed to Denver to be with my daughter.Ā  My husband had his melanoma removed and lymph nodes, all came back negativeā¤ļø.Ā  Hope to work out in Denver, but will be traveling to London and France the end of the month, so will probably be out of shape, except for the walking until I get back to the Mat in mid April!

What I love about M/Body: There is a class for *every* way I’m feeling. Tired and blah? A quick 30-minute dance party. Lots of energy? The Beyonce 60-minute. Or go to What’s New and just hit Play on anything. I might start out in a ā€œbeen a long-ass dayā€ place but after even just 20 minutes, my whole self has been reset. So grateful for this beautiful approach to movement!

It’s almost time for daylight savings again so I just wanted to remind our European Fam members that the lives will be 1 hour earlier starting Wednesday 13 and continuing through to the end of March.

For me in the UK this means the Wednesday lives are at 16:00 instead of 17:00 and the Saturday lives are at 17:00 instead of 18:00. These are the times I see when I check the Upcoming Live Classes section on the app.
