Fall Challenge Board!! 21/21 with some edits, I really loved this challenge—I live in the south so honestly as soon as summer ends and fall begins I feel I have MORE energy because y’all it’s just too dang hot in the summer, so this challenge felt perfect this month! (Also ending with the Richard Simmons celebration class was everything!!)

October is my last full month with the M/Body fam before I head up to Wyoming to work for the winter again and go internet silent for a bit and I loved sharing spooky release season with you all! <3

I got sick and simultaneously extra busy in the middle week, but I'm proud of myself for at least getting 3 per week in! Great challenge!

Congrats challengers! I was not feeling my best these past weeks, but I had fun when I got on the mat for these 9 workouts. It was special to revisit some of these and hear perspectives from past years and seasons.

The new calendar feature was pretty cool, I wonder if we could use it to potentially have a suggested workout for each day to help with decision fatigue!

Tomorrow’s LIVE is rescheduled ✨

Sweetest global fam, our Saturday LIVE class (tomorrow) will be rescheduled to Wednesday 10/30 at 9am PT. It will still be a Core workout + Meditation!

Day 17 - Feel Good Fall Challenge ✨️
Expression
-A clip from the Fam Favs 60 min and this is my favorite move.
And my favorite quote from Martha Graham that I resonate with this season of the challenge has been,

"...there is only one of you in all time, this expression is unique, and if you block it, it will never exist through any other medium; and be lost. The world will not have it. It is not your business to determine how good it is, not how it compares with other expression. It is your business to keep it yours clearly and directly, to keep the channel open. You do not even have to believe in yourself or your work. You have to keep open and aware directly to the urges that motivate you..."

View from my bed. Pulled my sacro iliac in a side lunge and been getting lower back pain since so not managing the challenge which is sad! Have managed some stretch classes and posture classes. My dad got a cancer diagnosis a few weeks ago so I know a lot is a stress response. If anyone has tips and adjustments for working out safely with stiff lower back please send my way! Virtual
