Happy Challenge Finish to all who participated this time around! I was aiming for 4 classes per week, considering 5 as a Badass Bonus. Wild winter weather and tending to a sick child resulted in unexpected time opportunities for classes (off work) which helped, but the second board was lighter than the first. Greater consistency feels best, and I look forward to getting in almost daily during spring break and eventually summer break. Thank you Marnie and M/BODY Team for all of the efforts to create and sustain this platform, and thank you to the #mbodyglobalfam for the mutual support, encouragement, and shared energy. Cheers!

Woot woot! Challenge completed! Loved how this became sacred time. I loved how I moved around the board to match what my body needed. Loved picking an emoji to match the energy after I completed the workout. Loved each day hearing “be in the light”. Thanks so much for this M/Body! 💛🌿🌸💗
Something unexpected from this challenge….finding my “sacred space”. This space in my bedroom has become so special and sacred after getting on the mat here the last 50+ days. Added bonus when your little one’s crib shares the same space and you see her smiling and bouncing along to the workouts. Anyone else find their sacred space too in this challenge?
This challenge has been…challenging for me 😅. I’ve been dealing with a chronic sinus infection for months and I’m finally realizing you can’t wait until you “feel great” to move on the mat (those of you with chronic conditions are already fully aware, I’m sure). These are some glimmers of me and my family being in the light or choosing movement (Simba even has his own little Movement ball!).
Any suggestions for the intense days when you crave/need movement but can’t tackle a 45 min sesh? Please share!
