Hi Fam!

I donโ€™t wonโ€™t anyone to miss the first live back so if your clocks go back one hour this weekend (I believe this is the European Fam) the lives on

  • Wednesday November 1
  • Saturday November 4

will be one hour earlier.

After that the clocks go back in the US too so the times return to normal.

Iโ€™m in the UK so for me this means the Wednesday live will be at 16:00 as opposed to 17:00 and the Saturday live will be at 17:00 as opposed to 18:00. These times are shown in the Upcoming Live Classes section.

so i've never been a diary or journal girl. not for lack of trying. it's such as assumption in the wellness/fitness/spiritual communities that everyone does it? i've tried over and over and it just doesn't work. and then i wonder if something is wrong with me - (i know nothing is wrong with me, but the feeling sometimes creep up). guess i'm just wondering out loud if there are there any other non-journalers out there? and if so, have you found any good substitutes when you/we are prompted to journal?

Hi fam! Iโ€™m a bit under the weather and feeling low energy and achy - giving my body lots of rest (as much as I can with two minis ๐Ÿ˜…) - but these workouts are such an important part of my mental health/managing my anxiety I was thinking maybe I could incorporate some mild stretch flows into my sick days.

So! What are your favorite low energy classes?
