I love a good power sculpt! Having this 20 minute one in the catalogue is wonderful. Most are 45 or 30. Sometimes you need a quick one! I’m so grateful to Faith for organizing the notes and postcards and happy that we were able to bring you joy! Went back to a favorite today! What a hip opener! I swear the universe led me to the class. It’s really cool. I had to work out early this Saturday and this was so perfect. Even the meditation was a great reminder as I head into spring break to step off the hamster wheel. Marnie is amazing!🤩
