Finished this one as part of the 2026 challenge. Wow! I need to do more of the healing hips classes. I felt a pop on one side 😳. The down dog on the tops of the foot started cramping my toes so I had to switch to traditional down dog. The down side of being in my 50s 😩 things pop and cramp and “give out” on me more and more!

SAME Nicole! My brain on the first song “nothing beats a Jet2 holiday!” I never get back to these oldies but the old adage is true “oldie but goodie”. Loved this. So grateful for these challenges and how much thought is put into them. Carefully curated by our Marnie 💞

Just did this as part of the 2026 Challenge with ankle & wrist balas! The arm series was a killer! Sweaty in under 20 is crazy.

Came back to this for the 2026 challenge and did it with 12 lb weights! I love a power sculpt. So happy to come back to this. 😃

No jumps, low impact, no equipment but your barre. Still sweaty! Still intense! Still amazing! Which is why we all come back 🥰

I LOVE Coming back to oldies! This was a sneaky, sweaty, almost like a power sculpt! The work on the ball under the pelvis we haven’t done again, loved it. The stretch sticking out our tongue, so good! And we haven’t done that again. But the sweat 💦, yowza! It was dripping from my hairline behind my ears! Adding to favorites 🩷❤️
