I’m guessing I did this 4 years ago Live. Wow, this was a good one! We didn’t have a Live today and this is what I chose. So grateful. Before the red light series I was thinking, I could try 5 lb next time and then that series made me think twice 😅 Coming back to this one again!

Forgot how good this one was! I used 2 lb ankle weights and 12 lb dumbbells. My left hip pops every time, even after this work for years. Maybe I need to do a healing hips tomorrow 🤔
