Marnie said “no sweat” 😆 I was sweaty. But this extra weight carrying I’m doing in perimenopause is real. I sweat doing anything. This was a wonderful class as usual!

I don’t remember this class so glad I came back and did it! I added ankle weights for an added burn 🔥. So good!

I could not get motivated today. I made it to the mat and this was perfect. No impact, great workout! I used 2 lb bala weights which were a little awkward on the ankle cross.

Holy sweat Batman! By the time we went to side two on the floor work I was sweating so much, onto my mat, into my eyes, in my hair. . . so good! Again and again amazing classes!

Forgot how good this one was! I used 2 lb ankle weights and 12 lb dumbbells. My left hip pops every time, even after this work for years. Maybe I need to do a healing hips tomorrow 🤔
