Forgot how good this one was! I used 2 lb ankle weights and 12 lb dumbbells. My left hip pops every time, even after this work for years. Maybe I need to do a healing hips tomorrow 🤔

I’m guessing I did this 4 years ago Live. Wow, this was a good one! We didn’t have a Live today and this is what I chose. So grateful. Before the red light series I was thinking, I could try 5 lb next time and then that series made me think twice 😅 Coming back to this one again!

Forgot I did this class live! Came back to it while Marnie is on vacay and wow, this was a burner 🔥. I needed the call out right when Marnie called my name for straight arms, that was so cool! Managed to keep my 5 lb weights the whole workout.

I love a good power sculpt! Having this 20 minute one in the catalogue is wonderful. Most are 45 or 30. Sometimes you need a quick one! I’m so grateful to Faith for organizing the notes and postcards and happy that we were able to bring you joy!
