It’s amazing how the universe works. I’m on Spring Break 2025 and randomly chose this. I cannot workout the next two days and this was so perfect. No impact, lots of sweat! I used 5 lb, what a challenge!

Yes, we missed the open stretch on the second side, the barre stretch before the real work started. I paused and stretched real quick thanks to another comment.
