Iโ€™ve been having some issues with glaucoma and Iโ€™m trying to avoid being upsidedown until Iโ€™ve gotten things under control. Any suggestions for good standing workouts? So far Iโ€™ve got 262 standing sweat, 264 barre burn that is mostly standing, and 316 abs and arms that was mostly standing. Any others? Thank you!

Iโ€™ve been going back and forth about posting this or not. Ultimately I decided I need support, hence here I am. My back has been bothering me off and on for years. It has come to a head recently (always flares after Iโ€™ve been away from the mat due to illness, travel,etc. - this time I got injured doing yard work). Anyway, Iโ€™ve officially been diagnosed with scoliosis. Iโ€™m in physical therapy and trying to learn what is safe and best for me to maintain my function and strength as much as possible as I age. If any of you have any insights or experiences with scoliosis Iโ€™d love to hear them. Iโ€™m doing better and able to do 30 minute classes again with modifications. Glad we are all on the journey together. Happy Italy retreat to those who are there! Lifting all of you up! โค๏ธ

Hey Fam, hello Marnie and team M/body.
I geeting back to a routine of exercise at least 5 times a week. And i noticed that depends where i am on my cycle my energy changes a lot and some classes feel better than others. Would be possible to have like a quick guide on what types of classes fits us better during our periods, pms, ovulation and so on? Or is that too complex and I should figure it out for myself? It's just an idea, but since this Fam is full of us, I thought I could be useful. Also Marnie seems to know so much about hormones, that I tought that will be something that she could totally help us.
Anyways, I would like to know your thoughts and feelings about that.

I celebrated my 40th year yesterday and canโ€™t believe it! Age is truly just a number, I feel stronger and healthier then I did in my twenties! So thank you M/Body for the fun and encouraging workouts! Also shout out to our amazing community! I feel connected to so many of you and am grateful for this family! Xoxo!

I'm curious what everyone's least favorite move is? You know, the one you keep trying to fall in love with but always back off of? I'm also curious if you got yourself to actually fall in love with said moves!

For me, after 3 years im still trying to love the high knees in plank posture / classic mountain climbers! I always cut out to child's pose early ๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿ™ But I have gotten myself in lean into, enjoy and actually look forward to planks and push-ups ๐Ÿ˜‚ so I couldn't help but wonder about it!

Visiting my college bestie outside of Cambridge on my way to the retreat and she wanted to do the newest posture class! And she is 9 weeks postpartum (number 3)! She wore him for part of the class! Will post a video to my IG but wanted to encourage the new mamas to do what your body allows with all the modifications you need, baby wearing included. :)
