Planksgiving birthday 🥳
Hi fam! It’s my birthday today and I’ve been so excited for planskgiving! I was even going to have my girlfriends over for a workout party. Sadly I came down with strep throat earlier this week so I had to cancel my birthday plans, but the antibiotics have kicked in and I’m feeling much better and I may just do the workout by myself (but take it easy).
Once I’m fully better I plan to still have my friends over for a live, but thankful I can still by with you all today in some way 🫶🏼

Does anyone remember which class Marnie showed how to do a lymphatic drainage massage at the end of class? I have tried & failed to find it haha! Thank you!
I’ll be missing my workouts for the next 6 weeks…… I’m having hernia reconstruction surgery (thanks to having 3 little ones in a 5 year period 😬). I’m nervous for sure but know I will be thankful to have my hernia fixed. Xoxo!
Upper body strength has never been a, uh, strength of mine, so when I arrived in this wonderful community during deep lockdown and resorted to soup cans (ok ok, tomato paste cans), I was able to tell myself I was starting at a reasonable place given the circumstances. Some time later (we don’t need to get into specifics), I moved from my 8oz pasties to whopping 14.5oz diced tomatoes. That’s right. Don’t be intimidated - you too can have a vegetable-based workout. Today, almost half way through my third year as an M/Body subscriber I finally took the plunge and treated myself to real, big girl weights! Not quite sure how to feel about being able to fit my hand all the way around my weights, but know for sure I’ll be missing the familiar sloshing sound during those straight-arm shakes at the end of weight sections! 😂
