Swapped the latest 20-minute cardio core for the dance party in the challenge. Lol, those 20 minutes were so hard. No regrets of course, but I’ll need to reward myself with a dance party tomorrow!

Focus on Hydration: during Saturday’s live we touched on the Week 1 wellness goal of adding a mason jar of water after our morning jar-o-lemon water and I promised Rochelle a picture of my “skinny” ball jar. I have two of these 2-cup jars in my rotation and keep one of them with me at all times when I’m home. They make achieving my daily hydration goals so easy! Hope you’re all having a fantastic Challenge Day 1!! xoxo

Hello fam!! I haven’t been very active here because of all the changes happening so quickly. I hope you are all doing good 💜 I‘m so excited about the new challenge! It’s been almost 2 years since my last challenge, because we moved to Mexico City and life has been very crazy since then. I still do my workouts and keep up with the news, but a new challenge will definitely help me reconnect me with this amazing community! So happy to join the live tomorrow as well 🥰💜 are you joining?

Hi all! I’m super excited about the challenge, but I have a problem with using lemon in my water. I did it for many years and it ate away the enamel of my teeth. Not sure if anyone else has had this issue. I don’t think it’s super uncommon I wish it didn’t happen to me, but it did. Does anyone have another solution? I’ve heard apple cider vinegar, but that’s still pretty acidic and not great for my teeth either. Any other suggestions?
