I did the Wed healing hips vid before this long ass 4hr kayak paddle w my brother. His hips were sore afterward, mine were not! I’m crediting M/Body! Spending this week checking in on family in Kentucky… solo without Michael is weird, bc he’s my emotional support human haha, but it’s good (yet challenging at times with family). Not sure if the beats will work but…I’m Jones’n for some 60’s British Invasion tunes…think Beatles, Kinks, Animals, Hollies, Donovan, Manfred Mann, Procol Harem (A whiter shade of pale for cool down). I guess I’m showing my age? Perhaps this fall we can have a 60’s Brit theme. Hmmmm
Finally had 30 minutes to get to the mat as I’ve been at my daughter’s house playing with my 4 month old granddaughter and helping my daughter’s transition from maternity leave to going back to work and daycare❤️. I’ll have look for Clara on the lives as a new mini, since my daughter has joined M/Body!
Out on my morning walk and stopped to pause, be grateful and be in the Light. Good sunny morning from the East Coast xo
