One of the most beautiful things I am lucky to see every day is the array of colors in my child’s eyes.

Our Old English Sheepdog, Penny and our 5 year old daughter have an amazing connection. I love seeing their friendship grow as my daughter gets older. The dog has always been so gentle and attentive. Penny even woke me up and led me down the hall to Kate’s room one time in the middle of the night when Kate had a high fever. I think animals are miraculous and beautiful!

My daughter, who is in kindergarten, and who is a super creative, big feelings person, wrote a short plan for dealing with said feelings. Beautifully relevant 💜🙌 even as a 32 year old woman 😘

So last night my friend Kimmie Horne got to perform live for the first time in a long time since COVID restrictions. It was so beautiful to watch such a talented performance. And the joy on everyone’s face in the audience was just pure heaven.
