Normally I skip anything with stretch in the title (too slow for me) but since this was in the challenge I gave it a shot and really enjoyed it. Standing and on the mat but an easy one to do on a vacation!

I have ZERO sports tomorrow. I’m really hoping I can make it!

Somehow this post came back up. Her surgery was two years ago. She’s been doing great!

Absolutely loved this class. Great signature class in 30 min. Almost all standing but the last section with rolling pushups. Thank you Marnie and my M/Body Palestine’s :)

I always come back to this as a favorite. Perfect add on for abs or a little more cardio.

What a great 45 min signature. Perfect balance of jumps and low impact. Mostly standing with some classic floor moves. Loved it!

Fantastic standing class. Great core work that brings out the wiggles but I’ve now done it multiple times and each time I find more balance
