Though I battled a few sicknesses, I feel proud I completed my first challenge with 30/60!

I am so grateful for movement that feels good and that I want to keep coming back to. It feels good to achieve my goal and I am already excited for the next one! ❤️

This was my most engaged challenge ever! I think I may just start back on day one tomorrow so that I can stay motivated through the holidays! 😂

Thank you M/body for helping me come back to myself every day.💕💕

Have to miss tomorrow's live, but I'll be there in spirit, and then watch later in the day!!

First challenge down! Despite getting four different virus’s this fall, I still completed 25/60. My goal was 30/60, but what I am most proud of is that I kept coming back when I would get sidelined, because I love to move this way and it makes me feel good.

I completed 49/60 during an insanely busy season at work. I would have gotten 50 but was snowed in with my entire company in Big Bear this weekend. Still. I'm stunned at what I did, and can't wait to do even more during the next challenge. Prioritizing time to do these workouts has been a game-changer and something I will not give up.

I was able to complete 35 workouts and 41 challenges - it was at times difficult but nothing made me feel better than being with Marnie & Fam (even though most lives done later this time). Life is one day at a time and sometimes less. Be in the light!☀️❤️

Done! My goal was 30/60, and I ended up doing 48/60.. I really tried to stay true to the theme of staying true to myself and what I needed. So much so, that this morning I found myself stressing about how I was going to get the workout done today, because m<60s have been a challenge to fit in. I was so stressed that I couldn’t enjoy or be present with some holiday activities. And so, in keeping with what the goal is, I decided that today, the last day of the challenge, will be a rest day. It feels huge to be able to allow this, because I struggle so much with all or nothing. But I’m so grateful for this practice of listening, just like so many of you have said, and being able to put action behind the listening, even if that action is purposefully resting. WAHOO CHALLENGERS!!! Love you all!

During these 60 days I completed 64 videos & 40 wellness activities. I returned to intermittent fasting and reduced my sugar intake to a very-very minimum which feels good after an out of control summer period. I sleep well and drink lots and lots of water. I think I feel good about how much attention I dedicate to my wellbeing.

But besides this my current job is the most stressful one that I've ever had. Usually I am not someone who constantly feels the anxiety, but lately I am having a bit of trouble with that. Trying to make improvements in this area as well.

I couldn't workout on this last week of the challenge because apparently I pulled a muscle around my heart and it gave me a lot of trouble during the cardio series. Not the way I planned to get to the finish line, but it amazes me that I actually have some respect towards my body now.

When I started working out with Marnie I had no idea how to read my body's signals. Now I know better, and I don't overdo it at all, I am not obsessed, I don't feel burned out, I don't feel that I am lazy and not doing enough either. It feels like I have found some balance, and that is so deliberating. My relationship with M/BODY is at a very balanced, healthy state. I am so grateful!

My goal was 45/60. Due to RSV and a hectic work season, I hit 36 and am proud of it! Congrats to everyone that joined in the challenge and happy holidays! 🌟

This 5th challenge was my “private” one and definetely the hardest I’ve completed so far. The last months have been so hard both for my body and mind, so reaching 45days of workouts it’s a huge goal.

I’ve molded these boards to my needs, jumping from a day to another and choosing classes that fitted my schedule in a better way. Doing so, I’ve been completely true to me…

Today I’m still not in my better place but I’m deeply grateful for the spirit and energy M/Body, Marnie and the Fam give me, day after day.

Congratulations challengers!
