The featured Weighted Standing Core class was GREAT for strengthening and stretching and considering how tight my shorter leg was it felt AMAZING! Also was awesome for my hella short attention span because of the PUPPIES! That was too flipping cute for words

Hello!! I am planning to buy the bar Marnie recommends in Amazon. I currently use a chair but I struggle a lot because I am super short 5’0. Does anyone has the same bar and know if it can be modified for height? Would greatly appreciate your help. Thank you 🩷

CREATIVITY ACTIVITY #4: Your Favorite Color

This week we want you to pick your favorite color.

🌈 Take 5 minutes to write about this color:

  • What does it taste like?

  • What does it sound like?

  • What song would it be?

  • What kind of emotion?

  • Where do you feel this color in your body?

  • What kind of place?

The idea is to personify or em/body the color as a way to unlock intuitive creativity and connect with your senses.

Remember yourself around the ages of six to eight, what did you like to do? What were your favorite things? Can you bring some of these back into your life this week? A favorite food? Game? Person?

Now, write a letter from your Mini to your current self... what does she love about the life you’ve created so far? Is there anything she’d like to say?
