I’ve lost track of how many times I’ve done this class, it’s so good! It’s a little bit of everything with nothing overworked or strained, great playlist, and Lyndsay Rush ā€˜A Bit Much’ to close

Absolutely loved the surprise cardio kick series and weighted abs to end; SO GOOD! And the poem šŸ¤ Thank you again Marnie, for your creation of a class that allows us to be empowered by dance and flow and grounding strength, not strain and stress and depletion.

Hi! I appreciate all of the variety in the curriculum from the types of classes. Variety from variation of sequencing, new choreo and prop use, lengths and focus groups, themed and non themed music, all of it! I request that you keep doing what you are doing because it’s amazing, truly!

This is one of those classes, I find with the power sculpts especially, that I immediately want to repeat it to work on specific challenges. It is so grounding and so strengthening mentally and physically. I think of increasing reps with series I opted to use lower weights for and of upping to higher lbs for other series, and overall really focusing on form details and engaging the whole body. I love how these classes invite tuning in and individualizing. Work with higher weights truly is so personal, thank you for the reminder of that.
