True blue stretch flow. Perfect for evenings and settling body and mind. There are no long sculpty holds that distract with fire and no shout outs during class so you can really settle into the relaxing poses. I especially love the down dog to hip strech series.

Wow. This is a wonderful exploration of what I’m going to call a “create your own mbody class”. Marnie offers and demonstrates options for using equipment, and not, and in different ways to individualize each series. I found myself incredibly engaged and feeling powerful and strong because of this. I was also more connected to my own thoughts, intent, and goals/needs in a way I haven’t experienced before. The use of the balls creating that instability harnesses this even more so as your brain isn’t left to wander. You have to tune in.

Thank you once again Marn for a unique and strengthening class!

Hi Emily! In previous classes Marnie and fam members have mentioned paper plates on carpet or fuzzy socks or a towel on hardwood/laminant. The older classes in the catalog have some killer towel dance classes where a towel is used instead of gliders. Hope this helps :)

The playlist, please more pure happiness inducing songs; George Michael wide second, so much yesss. The stand to floor glute flow was a fave and the new ab choreo was phenomenal.

I believe ability to create and connect is directly related to the authenticity of letting yourself heal (whatever that looks like individually).
