I appreciate a new fiery floor ab class so much, thank you! I’ve done 216 too many times to count. It always surprises me how much a simple elongated hold with the ball behind adds up to shakes and fire. Loved the new choreo with leg extensions and incorporatation of side work in this one.

Fun! Light and bouncy, perfect after a sculpt day or whenever your muscles are tight or sore.

Amanda Powell! Get them! You are such a sculpt girl and they are so fun (fire is fun, yes?) for those slower more intentional classes. I like the ones with straps that hold them in place. Less jostling up and down the leg and they don’t fall off. Plus you can feel like Cindy Crawford circa 90s with sandbags around your ankles. Or were they scrunchie socks..Anyhow, clearly I just unlocked a memory. Get ankle weights!

Marnie!! Thank you for bringing the dancing joy. I haven’t felt that in..oof, I don’t even know how long, and didn’t know how much I needed it. Combined with those waves of memories and sadness brought on by your mindful cueing and the songs..this class brings it all. The playlist, the brand new choreo, the bouncy brain engaging cardio bursts, those slow building fire moments, all of it. So needed and sooo good!

Hi! I love that one too Francesca Tiganis ! I echo sweet Nicole M 382 is perfect for that slower sculpty feel. A few other 45min classes popped into my head with that vibe for your list: 408 Booty Barre, 466 Low Impact Full Body, and 295 FB Sculpt.
