I did the Wed healing hips vid before this long ass 4hr kayak paddle w my brother. His hips were sore afterward, mine were not! I’m crediting M/Body! Spending this week checking in on family in Kentucky… solo without Michael is weird, bc he’s my emotional support human haha, but it’s good (yet challenging at times with family). Fur Baby Summer Camp…Tomorrow, Eddy, my newest fur baby embarks on his journey to finishing school for service level obedience training. I told him it was summer camp and that he would be playing with the other furry kids and to be a good boy. Hopefully he will come home with an archery badge! I will miss him for the next 4 weeks but will post a photo when he graduates.

This is a weird question, but has anyone ever done a parasite cleanse and just curious on your thoughts about it… also I saw an ad for somatic exercises that look very similar to stuff in Marnie’s workouts (usually during the cool down).
