After today's LIVE class I felt inspired to post this because I release the fear of being seen.

Fall Challenge Board!! 21/21 with some edits, I really loved this challengeโI live in the south so honestly as soon as summer ends and fall begins I feel I have MORE energy because yโall itโs just too dang hot in the summer, so this challenge felt perfect this month! (Also ending with the Richard Simmons celebration class was everything!!)
October is my last full month with the M/Body fam before I head up to Wyoming to work for the winter again and go internet silent for a bit and I loved sharing spooky release season with you all! <3

I semi-kept to my goals: mostly no phone in the room before bedtime and almost always did the sunshine before screens (which I just love and will keep moving forward). My brain seems to be so much more awake and attuned during those first moments of the day without a screen. I gave myself grace and completed most of the workouts, instead of forcing to do all 21, like I normally would. I plan to keep some of these habits going moving forward. Thank you Marnie & Team for a fabulous challenge and board! I want to do a better job in the future of sticking to the daily curriculum instead of constantly jumping aroundย ๐
Congrats to everyone who finished the challenge!! I did 5x weekly, always fitting in at least one longer class and am feeling so good about it. Going to try to maintain this as long as I can through winter!
Struggling at the moment so I have not been able to engage as much as usual and as much I would have liked to but I still hit the mat at least three times a week. Congratulations to all the challengers! Thank you to Marnie & M/BODY. Sending love to all ๐ค
