OK, I met with the PT yesterday, and he gave me some glute Med moves to do. Heels together, band above knees, knees apart and bridge. Straight leg lifts, side to side lunge with band... stuff Marnie does! However, he poked around and said it could be a burst bursa sac on my hip. "Bursitis" I did some looking last night.. RICE.  YES to Magnesium!!!!

Hi Marnie!!! Question about IT band pain that wraps down around front of hip and down side of leg. My first PT appt is Tuesday.. Stretching irritates it... maybe just ice and focus on other areas? Thoughts?

I cannot believe I've been doing body for 5 years!?!? That went fast! Thank you Marnie for every single workout. It is by far the ultimate full body explosive workout and you've made my knees hurt a lot less and my leg strength ridiculous. Yayyy!!!!!

Same!! I used to "lift" and run. M/Body is a God sent. I'd love to get more weights involved (not that they aren't already, but Marnie... your arms are RIDICULOUS and I want mine back.

Also - Q&A: day to day food intake; amount of protein, fiber, etc. Shooting for NO processed food... easy fast egg, avacado, fats meals... any tips would be fab!

Hey All, Been struggling with possibly overdoing it. My body craves to move because if I sit still for too long, I cramp and hurt in my knees, hips, back and shoulders.. neck.. it goes on. So I do an M/Body workout just about every day. I switch it around based on how I'm feeling that day, but I wonder if I AM overdoing it because if I'm not moving, I'm in pain. Currently laying here RESTING with a heating pad on my back before I start rolling with an M/Body workout.

Hi M/Body Fam!

Question for Marnie...

...at night, when the kiddos are in bed, I always end up on the living room floor stretching and doing some sun salutations... however, I'm not warmed up and the stretching isn't nearly as beneficial.

Do you have any suggestion on a "full body warm up on the floor" version of warming up the body before stretching?

Thank you!!!
