Started my Thanksgiving week with my best friend- since we were NINE!- and her sweet fam❣️We did a Marnie workout and ended our night with an EPIC dance party with everyone 🕺🏻💃✨Feeling thankful for great friends, great memories, & of course M/body💪
My cousin Francie and I did Planksgiving this morning and she crushed it!! Thank you Marnie and LP for a fantastic sweat that brought the deep burn! We feel fabulous going into Thanksgiving tomorrow. So grateful to have done it with someone else by my side! Sending lots of love to the Global Fam! My soul is constantly nourished from this community ❤️

Dear Globalfam , I've been off the app and the community for awhile. I was busy with this cute pie. She arrived Sunday 17 November and we are all good.
I can't wait to go back to the mat, but for now, for me , it's breastfeeding, some walks, some naps and lots of diapers.
Ill be back at the lives in February if everything goes well! Until there I wish you all a great holidays seasons, great lives and Marnie, good and quick recovery of your foot.

Hey all! Recovering from our first bout of winter gastro + feeling very fatigued...what workouts do you love that ease you back in after being sick / or even just generally fatigued and not quite up to it?
Hello everyone! I am just getting back into m/body classes after a long period of illnesses and am excited to get involved again, both with the fab workouts and the lovely community. I'd love to make new connections, it is so lovely to be able to see people all over the world in the globalfam. I was also wondering, is anyone else based in the UK, particularly in Yorkshire? Xx

Dear GFam, George László Byrne has arrived safe and sound and I cannot believe he’s 3 weeks old already! His big sister, Lily Mary, was really looking forward to welcoming him home and I cannot wait to be back on the mat once I’ve got the all clear!💗💙
