Hi! I just ate some Crispers because I consider them to be crackers in the Goldfish category of crackers. I am not touching chips, ie above chip but certainly not on par with Carrβs. I recall that there was a debate if a Crisper is a cracker or a chip. Any comments, please? I feel kind of bad eating Crispers because they may be technically chips and avoiding chips was my goal. Thanks.
Day 2!
Taking a page from Mel and writing my goals down here and sharing with all of you as I want to honour these goals:
1 - Mental - moving my phone outside of reach so I donβt scroll at night or in the morning
2 - Emotional - start journaling in a way that feels meaningful and not forced
3 - Balance - avoid placing so much emphasis on food. I want to take into account how I feel verus preconceived notions of what I should be eating
Happy challenge! This is my 4th challenge!
Iβm going for 60 days because I love the routine of making M/BODY a priority. It helps me in all aspects of my life!

Hello Fam! Catching up at my own pace with the challenge. Iβm committing to 30 workouts. Have 2 done so far. Still recovering from a big virus I had last month and working my way up to longer workouts. So glad for all the 20 and 30 minute options on this challenge! High fives to you all!

My first challenge and so much looking forward to it!!

1: Leave my phone outside of my bedroom Sun night - Fri night so I donβt scroll before going to bed at night or before getting out of bed in the morning. (AKA Dont cut into exercise time.)
Cut back on eating out. Goal is one meal out and one i-didnt-pack-a-lunch trip to the grocery store near work per week.
Send a card/write a note to a friend each week.
This is my first challenge and though I am a day late to post, I am excited to join in! β€οΈ
Doing tomorrowβs posture workout today, instead of the m<45, practicing one of my super goals: GRACE for myself during this challenge. I know so many of you have the same type of goal- solidarity!
Thank you all as always for all the support. I feel like I havenβt gotten back and reciprocated that support as well as I should, and I want to acknowledge that and work to be better!
