This challenge could not come at a better time! I have let my health take a backseat as a priority and Iโm so excited to focus on my needs! Iโm overflowing with joy ๐ฅฐ
So happy to be on this journey with yโall! Definitely feeling more centered, connected and ready to tackle this round. Canโt wait to sweat and connect with you all more through the next 60 days.

^^Before and after todayโs live. Somebody will have to remind me how many challenges M/BODY online has had in the last 2.5 years. Iโve done them all in some capacity, taking what I need to my body. I reflect back on how much growth has happened since the very first challenge, both mentally and physically.
This challenge I want to work on being emotionally vulnerable and open to receive the light. I admire and respect for the ladies here who have shared the emotional release (laughing, crying, all the things) that have come through the workouts. I hope to have an ounce of your bravery.
Today was a beautiful warm fall day in Maine so I took my dedication and movement outside!

Happy Challenge day 1! This is my 6th Challenge and I'm so excited for all the mind, body, soul goodness that comes with it. This time around, I'm recognizing what's on my plate and giving myself grace. My goal is at least 30 in 60. It's all about balance, so we'll see how it goes. Happy to be on this journey with all of you.๐
I've been a member since Aug 2020, and before that I did the pop sugar workouts a bazillion times. This is the fourth challenge I'm committing to! Before that I thought it would be too hard to align my workouts with the boards in my SAHP lifestyle with 3 kids.
I realized I was thinking about it too strictly! Now that I've given myself grace to do them the best that I can, I find the challenges motivating and encouraging! I just wake up, put on my workout clothes and know I'll be ready when there's a quiet(ish) moment.
So fun to see some of you in the Zoom today.
I'm going for at least 45 workouts this challenge!
