Growing up I was always dragged to my brother and sisterโ€™s sporting events and my mom kept signing me up for sports I didnโ€™t want to play. I begged to sit the bench, as I had zero self confidence in my abilities. My family always teased me about being the unathletic one in the family. Fast forward to today and I am the one who is the most active and in shape. (Fueled this days by long walks and Mbody!) Just wanted to share that for those mommas who kids donโ€™t want to play sports or for those of you who were like me. What an exciting journey life can be! Xoxo

Hi! I just ate some Crispers because I consider them to be crackers in the Goldfish category of crackers. I am not touching chips, ie above chip but certainly not on par with Carrโ€™s. I recall that there was a debate if a Crisper is a cracker or a chip. Any comments, please? I feel kind of bad eating Crispers because they may be technically chips and avoiding chips was my goal. Thanks.

Day 2!

Taking a page from Mel and writing my goals down here and sharing with all of you as I want to honour these goals:

1 - Mental - moving my phone outside of reach so I donโ€™t scroll at night or in the morning

2 - Emotional - start journaling in a way that feels meaningful and not forced

3 - Balance - avoid placing so much emphasis on food. I want to take into account how I feel verus preconceived notions of what I should be eating

Happy challenge! This is my 4th challenge!

Iโ€™m going for 60 days because I love the routine of making M/BODY a priority. It helps me in all aspects of my life!

Hello Fam! Catching up at my own pace with the challenge. Iโ€™m committing to 30 workouts. Have 2 done so far. Still recovering from a big virus I had last month and working my way up to longer workouts. So glad for all the 20 and 30 minute options on this challenge! High fives to you all!

1: Leave my phone outside of my bedroom Sun night - Fri night so I donโ€™t scroll before going to bed at night or before getting out of bed in the morning. (AKA Dont cut into exercise time.)

  1. Cut back on eating out. Goal is one meal out and one i-didnt-pack-a-lunch trip to the grocery store near work per week.

  2. Send a card/write a note to a friend each week.
