I am in bed at 8:42. Usually I go to bed closer to 10 pm. Taking this part of the challenge very seriously. Anyone else ?

M/Body minis Cassidy and Freyja pounded out an entire mile of trick-or-treating last night and we were talking about how lucky it is that we’ve been “doing our Marnies” so they were strong enough to carry their heavy candy bags! 😂 Hope all our M/ini friends and fam had a wonderful Halloween!! ❤️

I spent my weekend marrying the love of my life of the past 15yrs. We had a beautiful wedding and wonderful dinner party on the Buffalo river afterwards. It's a dream come true. I wish you were all there!

In honor of today’s live, and Marnie talking about sharing a fear you’ve worked through—I’m still working through my fear of flying, and unfortunately (for a family emergency) I have to fly again this week. I’ll be remembering what so many of you shared with me.

So, I just wanted to encourage all of you, that this fear thing is a journey, with highs, lows, and everything in between. Remember your breath, your logic, your knowledge, when dealing with feelings that might paralyze you. And please remember your global Fam, and how they will lift you up when you are struggling. This is an incredible resource with real, and loving people on the other side of these comments 🥰 be well 🥰

Just wanna share something about fear that I learn, we tend to attract our fears, because they can take so much of our thought. So I always try to send this thoughts away...
