Wow!!! Try this one to experience ecstatic dance during "Xanadu". Incredible. I "threaded the needle" just once, perfectly, with plenty of imperfect attempts. "Progressive overload" is a workout term thrown about a lot, and this one offers that, with everything from beginner's calisthenic moves right up to the amazing superhuman athleticism of Marnie.

Loved this one. So sweaty and challenging, gives that beautiful wrung out feeling by the end. Loved Marine's cute little "hup" along with the Shania Twain. PJ Harvey, Shania, Lauryn Hill...great playlist.

I've just entered my second trimester with my 3rd baby and I'm feeling good enough to get back into working out! Hoping to join others in the same state and make it through the whole thing!! I love that Marnie gives accomodations for pregnancy.

It's wild how quickly they start copying moves!! Sunshine is only 1 year old and she does a little of each workout with me! Look at that little foot!

I just completed day 2. Halfway through I wanted to quit but I thought "what if I did 5 more minutes?". By the time the 5 minutes was through I was in it again and finished.

My super goals:

  1. 200 words a day on my novel. More if I want but at least 200.

  2. Do ALL the jumps by the end of the challenge

  3. Eat 10 seasonal fruits and vegetables. Today: Jersey Black apple.
