Hey Fam. Don't think I'll make the live today. Huge snow dump here in southwestern Ontario (Canada). Can't open the back door. Thank goodness I can get out the front! 😂Hours of shovelling ahead. But the sun is shining so I'm happy. Have a great workout 🌞😎

It’s a serious workout sitch in my tiny house this morning in Dallas 💦 💪 My bff is in town from Milwaukee- she also happens to be the one who introduced me to Marnie on popsugar instagram lives during lockdown spring 2020🙌

We are doing our workouts in every room of my house- including my 6 year old who was inspired my me and my bff💙

Love the healthy habits I’m teaching my sons through my commitment to M/body💪❣️

I know there’s a signature 60 live today but when you get a chance please please try signature 76 if you haven’t already! It is so fun and freeing. The cardio dance is light and bouncy and fun!

To my knowledge this is the only class that has a ballet barre stretch 1/3 of the way through AND stretch on the floor 2/3 of the way through.

The plank and ab series is fiery! If you want to work on shoulder/arm strength it is PERFECT!! I just love this one so so much!

Hey G/fam! As a firm hater of putting together kitchen furniture, Gillian and I have always struggled to come up with a stable surface since we don’t have any chairs from a kitchen table that we can rely on (the white chair in the bg is too short for both of us). This morning, I put together some ballet barres for us, so we can finally stop wondering if we’ll knock over all of our wall art by grabbing the wall. Looking forward to using these bad boys in tomorrows live!!!! :)

G-Peeps, I really appreciated have a little help from Marnie and M/Body crew with this past month's guide. It reminded me of when we were helping each other with tips to get motivated a few months ago: setting up your space, laying out your clothes ahead of time, little things that can help. Having a guide was so motivating for me.  My stats for last month per week: 6 classes, 2.5 lemon water gulping, 5 days a week adding a veg to B/L/D, deep breaths 7 days a week and showing kindness to others and self 7 days a week. I hope the G/Fam had fun with this one too. I was never a good student, but I seem to have grown into one over the last 9 years of working with Marnie! lols. I actually chug 8 oz of water every morning.. so I just need to work up to 24.  xo

Thanks M/BODY for keeping me strong! I unexpectedly had to walk up our hill home in the snow! Two trucks were stuck on our steep grade and I had to leave my car at the bottom and walk up, I made it no problem while being 37+ weeks pregnant ❄️

I really loved what Marnie was saying at the beginning of Sunday's live about this space. I had never actually felt like putting myself out there in a community chat until this platform of M/Body began. It feels comfortable being with you virtually and It makes me feel really good that I can pop in and type this right now. I really treasure this and everyone in our M/B Fam.   And, I have to miss the Live today (sigh). xo
