Hi fam!

I’m slowly resurfacing after giving birth to my baby boy Ryder Day on 2.15.23. It was a turbulent labor for mama and baby due to my high blood pressure, followed by a heartbreaking 5-day NICU stay for Ryder - but my little champion turned all the corners and is home, healthy, happy, and oh so cuddly.

So looking forward to getting back on the mat after I get the sign off from my doctor next week. Been missing the lives, hearing everybody’s names and feeling the incomparable M/BODY energy!

I am in shock. I cannot find a post announcing Danni's departure from M/Body but that is what I gather from the recents posts. So sad.

Danni, you have been incredibly helpful each time I had questions and your presence will be dearly missed.

Danni!! I am awful at saying goodbyes and was crying too much on Saturday to even text: yes: big emotions over here!! I can’t help it ❤️I don’t meet people like you every day : you radiate beauty! Confidence: charisma and total feminine power : Was such!! A gift just to meet you!! You have forever touched my life and I am so excited for your future! No doubt you will fly high with the angels! 💜Please say you are coming to Italy? …. Orrrr I may just have to move to the west coast! So much freakin love and happiness and gratitude to you!

Happy 3 years of your online platform, M/BODY!!! While I’ve been in this for a little over a year, I’ve been obsessed the whole time. Creating this safe space on the mat and at the barre to take up space, to challenge myself without judgment, and offering this supportive community has been an incredibly helpful part of my life.

Danni has been helpful since day 1 (technically day 7 when I made a commitment after the free trial and reached out w/ some questions), and her warmth, friendly welcoming, fun energy, and kindness is unmistakable. Yet I know, without knowing the details, that she has handled soooo much behind the scenes for everything to flow and be accessible for us. She is and will always be a foundational element of M/BODY. So sad your work-life is changing as we won’t feel your glow on the regular, but you are being surrounded in so much love and support in your next adventures by all of us! I’m very thankful for what you’ve helped create and grow at M/BODY, and grateful for some M/BODY IRL time in NYC back in June 2022.
