Mama and baby are doing great.
I would like to add some heavier weight lifting for the lower body to my weekly routine, after advice from a PT to do so. Does anybody have experience with mixing heavier weight lifting with m/body, and maybe have som advice or experience to share? For instance, would you recommend to do it on consecutive days, and if so, is it better to start with one or the other?
Any input would be highly appreciated.

Gah - gotta miss the live again today. Did m<60 sig 53 just now. Super duper! I get to see my sister in person which is rare these days. As I make my way through this lovely spring day, I will feel all of the g/fam sweating and strengthening and smiling! Have fun!

That moment of complete restoration and comfort when the words of reflection and mediation at the end of the workout is exactly what you need to hear right then in that moment. I don’t always watch the videos in order (picking and choosing my favorite workouts) but I love it when it seems to be just the perfect fit, even months after the workout was initially recorded and posted.
Palm Springs getaway with my siblings and sweet mama meant I could do the 9am live from the yoga doggy room! Couldn’t get a workout shot but it was the perfect way to start the day! 🧘♀️🐕😎
I love the no equipment workouts because while everyone else has been skiing in Colorado, I’ve been able to work out 3 different days while on vacay🥰
