I went on a girls trip to Arizona over Labor Day and then came home sick with covid so I’ve been away from the mat for longer than I would like, but the past three lives that have gone up have been perfect for gently coming back—low impact, low cardio, connected—m/body always seems to have just what I need when I need it, thanks ya’ll <3

This one was a lesson in patience for me, I struggggggled with that beginning standing balance sequence. Here's to remembering faster isn't always better, and slowness can reveal things you might of been moving too quickly to notice. I'm going to try to carry this slower, more mindful energy with me this week. <3

I work seasonal jobs! So in the winter I run guided sled dog tours up in Wyoming and then I’ll kind of find random shorter gigs in the summer here and there, definitely a girl that thrives in physical outdoor work!

Hi friends!!
After an almost 8 month hiatus I’m back baby! (I work seasonal gigs and don’t always have access to the internet when I’m away so every few months I have to disappear 👻 while I was gone I worked my winter dogsled season and then spent a few months in southern Virginia working at a hiker hostel along the Appalachian Trail) I missed the heck out of this community and I’m so happy to be back on! ✨💕
Things I’ve already enjoyed in the work outs this week:
•the sheer amount of new video uploads I get to pick from! 🙌🏻 feels like Christmas!
•Chappell Roan hitting some of the playlists 💕✨🤩
•Power Sculpt classes?!? Omgoodness so excited to be able to incorporate some heavier weight days without leaving the platform, I love it! 🏋️‍♀️

Today was my last live for awhile! I spend my winters up in Wyoming mushing sled dogs and live in a dry cabin with no internet so I’ll be off grid until the spring! 😅 Wishing this lovely community a joyous holiday season and a very happy & strong new year! ✨💕 Thank you Marnie for keeping me strong through my off season before the dogs become my trainer again! 🤣 If any of y’all find yourselves in Jackson Hole, WY this winter come see me at Continental Divide Dogsled Adventures for a tour!!
So much love, Kristin
