I went in strong, but then I got my tattoo touched up and was tying up p loose ends at my old company because I got a new job! Iโ€™m proud of what I was able to accomplish and canโ€™t wait to get into a new routine for the next challenge! Congrats to all the challengers that participated!!!

I did it this morning! Yea definitely just doing it vs dreading it helped push me to get the day going!

I tried it out this morning and I definitely like starting my day with M/Body! I think I just need to figure out how to adjust the rest of my day since I thought 3pm was 5pm while I was at work ๐Ÿคฆโ€โ™€๏ธ

Hahaha yessss! I think that method will definitely get you going too. I did it this morning and I had set my clothes/gear out the night before which helped a lot not having to think too much so early!

I joined a gym that has a studio with bars because my new downstairs neighbor was wondering why I was moving furniture at 6:30am (I was doing an M/Body workout ๐Ÿ™ˆ). Problem is that this gym has classes in studio around the same time I get there and we canโ€™t use it if a class is going on, so this week my goal is to try to wake up at 5am to get there early enough to get a workout in before a class starts. Any early birds have any tips for me?
