I’ve taken several months break from classes due to an injury, work travel, and well, life. But I’m ready to get back to the mat! What are some of your favorite classes for easing back into things or being gentle with yourself?
I’ve been traveling for work and getting very little rest and having a lot of stress. I was so grateful to take a break today to recharge and find “rest”. Thank you, Marnie! Also, I can attest this is a perfect on the go class.

Phenomenal Woman (30) - I always go back to it and feel inspired and ready to conquer the world!
