Iโve taken several months break from classes due to an injury, work travel, and well, life. But Iโm ready to get back to the mat! What are some of your favorite classes for easing back into things or being gentle with yourself?
Iโm traveling to Berlin for work May 31st to June 4th. Iโll pretty much be solo traveling and wanted some recommendations on things to do or check out. Iโm also down to meet anyone part of the global fam on the 2nd or 3rd!

I usually wouldnโt share this because I donโt wanna come across as attention seeking. But this morning I was on my bike and got hit by a car. I was very lucky because I all have is a minor bruise on my leg, nothing serious and thatโs it, my bike didnโt got that lucky. However in moments like this, you realise, it could have taken a different turn. What I wanna say, enjoy every moment today, hug each person a bit longer than usually, say I love you and take care of each other. Do the things you always wanted to do and donโt postpone it to later. Be grateful for what you have. โค๏ธโค๏ธโค๏ธ
