I don’t really know where to start… In this past year and half I’ve been in the darkest of places. I’m still gathering all the pieces in the midst of being completely lost, but this new way of moving and showing up for myself feels like the beginning of something really exciting. All I can say is that I’m so grateful to Marnie and her amazing classes and beautiful words. I’ve never met her, but she’s truly changing my life 💕thank you Marnie

I'm generally a very positive person, but today was one of those work days that bring up frustration and annoyance. I'm wondering if I want to burn of steam with a more intense workout or a slow healing workout. What do you recommend? I'm tired but agitated at the same time 😂. What do you normally do?

Fam! I’m starting a fully remote job on Mon. My coworker June (in photo) is thrilled! I’d love to hear from any other WFH peeps on wellness, productivity, taking a day in a coffee shop or social space, working when kids are home (summer break is coming and my boyfriend and I have his kids Sun-Wed), etc as I test out what works for me. My adjustable desk and ergonomic chair are already on the way!
