I am so proud I completed 44/60 workouts- one shy of my goal!
(TW: pregnancy loss)
A month before the challenge was started, I had a miscarriage and was laid off from a job I loved a week apart. This challenge brought great structure and support in one of the hardest seasons of my life. Getting to the mat has become an important part of my healing and self care. I am learning there can strength in gentleness.
I am still very much grappling with grief while job searching (boo). I am glad that this community and time on the mat doesn’t end with the challenge. While many days are hard for me to find the light, I am bolstered by this space and the light that all of you have.

Wow big sleepover energy! I loved this joy-filled work out. I am leaving the mat feeling energized and more at peace.

I have been loving the challenge particularly because I am in a hard season. The structure and support has been really life giving. I am beginning to feel stronger and that is so cool! 💕
