For this, my 6th 60 Day Challenge, I am committing to completing 60 workouts, 45 of which will be selected from the challenge boards. With previous challenges I have both benefitted from and enjoyed fully immersing myself in the challenge. However I am starting this challenge from a place of finding joy in choosing a video and getting to the mat and feel that this is something I would like to bring with me into this challenge. Committing to completing 45 challenge board workouts allows me to benefit from the challenge curriculum whilst also providing me with 15 opportunities to choose a video from the catalogue. It is also my hope that this method will make it easier to return to my current routine when this challenge is complete. Since the activities are an aspect of a challenge in which I have previously experienced the most growth, I am committing to completing as many activities as I am able to, with a minimum goal of 45.

Prior to the start of this challenge I experienced a few weeks in which my panic disorder was at it’s worst. I therefore wanted to choose challenge goals that would both be of benefit to me after this period and still be achievable if things became difficult again. This led me to the following goals:

Do 1 thing that brings me joy each day.

Complete 1 breathwork class each week.

Typically stretch classes are the ones I find the most challenging. In the past this has meant that I only completed a stretch class if it was LIVE or scheduled in a challenge but in recent months I have been working to change this. In order to continue with my progress, my final challenge goal is:

Keep up with my routine of completing 1 stretch class each week.

Happy Day 3 challengers. This time around I have a laundry list of ideas or habits that aren’t serving me. This is the perfect time of year to shrug those off and usher in thoughts that better serve me. Some highlights: letting go of the fear of being alone, letting go of internalizing others’ stress/struggles and making it my burden (at home or mostly at work). Ushering in: taking a moment before I react (taking away the anxiety to respond immediately), commitment to be more present in the breathwork (not thinking of what’s next on my to-do list), seeking out more opportunities to be in the light for >10 minutes first thing in the morning, read more/scroll less.

My goals are simple (but not easy):

  1. Be consistent 2. Be present 3. Be patient with myself (the caterpillar did not become a butterfly overnight)

Ciao Marnie, ciao Fam,

my personal goals for the Summer Challenge are:

  1. Be on the mat constantly to remind to take care of myself.
  2. Don’t judge my body or compare it to anyone else’s. Accept that I am special and unique just the way I am.
  3. Journal every day. Even 5 minutes counts.

Sending all my love from Sicily✨

Claudia

Hi Fam! 6 months ago I stopped to train because I was very stresses because my job began impossible. I’m also a mother of a teenager with special needs and I felt so exhausted that everything was hard to do. I ignored by soul and my body eating too much, and without training I forgotten my body.

Now I’m back and my only goal is to be connected and don’t loose me in the troubles.

I begin with 30 days, to restore a good habit and stay with me. Even if sometimes it hurts. So, day 1 and 2 are done!

Happy challenge challengers❣️

Ps I know: my English is 😵‍💫… I’m an Italian 48 yeas woman who studied English 20 years ago😅so be patient with me😂

Hi everyone! I’m excited for this Challenge and seeking balance amidst lots of ongoing changes. I’m aiming to complete at least 45 workouts and all 60 Wellness activities (mentally gearing up for that celery water chug).

My 3 Goals during these next two months are:

  1. Go just a little longer before pressing the pause button on videos when I need a break, sip of water, or to re-tie my hair back (go even just one more set of 8).

  2. Explore getting lower in wide second while still honoring my sensitive knees.

  3. Venture a little further beyond my comfort zone to interact and socialize more (in my newer neighborhood as more people are outside and mingling and in my upcoming new job).

Hoping this Challenge feels like an invigorating, re-focusing, and supportive guide for anyone participating! It’s not intended to add shame or guilt to your inner dialogue, so let’s not give that precious real estate. 🩵

My goal is to up my current workout schedule from 2 classes per week to 4, completing 30 classes in 60 days.

To continue to build strength and endurance back post baby #3.

To eat healthier and kick some of the “bad” but oh so tasty eating habits I started while pregnant.

Let’s do this!
