Anyone else a little sad the challenge is ending and the “pre selected workouts” on the calendar are going away? Lol, it was one microdecision I didn’t have to make each day….which workout video do I choose? I need someone to set up my next 60 days, ha.
Hey Fam! Im hitting the road again! Finally! It was a rough end to 2025 with my van situation and having to cancel my 10th tour but we're doing a take 2 on it amd heading to Florida! Would love to meet up with any of yall if im playing anywhere near you! 🤠
Also gonna try to stay on track with the challenge on the road, only went rogue once so far and really been enjoying letting the curriculum live in my body and not add any classes on the short or healing days! Been loving it and feeling strong and ready to get back on my feet and out on the road! Indulging in the recovery days and not pushing myself has been my main goal, and this challenge its finally working 💙 Love yall!
We were pretty busy this week when we escaped our little town to visit friends in the big city of Phx, went to a couple Spring Training games (Go Cubs!), took a couple adult ballet classes, an aerial yoga restorative class, and went kayaking (I was able to hop on for a bit- I was singing “I will Always Love You” with you guys!”) which was all wonderful! I’m sooo tired at home now working again on our album. There is no way I would have gotten strong enough to do any of this after my injury without Mbody and the Global fam. So very thankful for Marnie and all of you. I missed the lives last week, but Michael caught me in the bathroom doing some Marnie moves lol! Had to get those hip circles in 2nd position in! Haha!

Just wanted to share how grateful I am for how functional these workouts are! 💪❄️ NYC just got hit with a blizzard, and navigating icy sidewalks has really made me appreciate the balance and ankle strength we practice! I slipped several times today, but caught my balance every time thanks to the work we do here! It’s been a real reminder of how practical this work is in everyday life.
Feeling so appreciative for such a strong community who make it so much easier and more motivating to show up each week. ❤️ The lives are truly the highlight of my week, and they have such an amazing impact on so many areas of my life. So grateful to be part of this community and for everyone in it! Sending lots of love and light 🙏
