Thanks Julia if you have a look at the posts they have suggested a shorter workout program to follow, which should be fun to do!!

This is fab. Thank you and I’m sure this will be helpful for a lot of us m/body gals who only manage to do the shorter work outs some days. I’ll be sure to mix up the pillars. Thank you again to you and Marnie. I’ll definitely be doing the latest country one though 🤠🥰

Thanks for replying Chloe. Good to know there are others that are doing the shorter ones. I would love to see a programme of shorter workouts for a week or two that we could all follow. I’m also a mum but my girls are older now they are 12 and 10 but I remember the toddler years well 🤍 thanks again!

Thank you for your replies. Good to know 20-30 min workouts will bring results. I’m loving M/BODY workouts a beautiful mixture of Pilates, yoga and barre and always an uplifting very real message from Marnie at the end. So happy I found this programme again. A 20-30 min weekly guide would be amazing to have for us short of time ladies!! Xx

I’ve just joined and wondering if anyone has had good results just doing the 20 or 30 minute workouts around 4-5 times per week? I don’t get much time for the longer workouts so would love to hear if anyone else are doing the shorter ones regularly?
