Iāve just joined and wondering if anyone has had good results just doing the 20 or 30 minute workouts around 4-5 times per week? I donāt get much time for the longer workouts so would love to hear if anyone else are doing the shorter ones regularly?
Hi everyone! I did Slow Sculpt /402 this morning and I am obsessed š¤©. It just hit the spot. Iām trying to be more intentional this season about incorporating slower paced, strengthening workouts. Please share some of your favourites (ideally Sculpt). Thank you ššš¼
Working the mini today (way past bedtime here in Europe). We both loved it, and now she knows how to count to ten, Marnie is her English teacher⦠š
About a year ago, I posted the first picture. It's my mom napping during one of our live classes. It's with a heavy heart that I share the news of her death last month She lived an amazing long life (92 yrs) and taught me how to be a strong woman and to NEVER apologize for it. She was my number one and I'm not exactly sure how to move forward without her but I do know that I'll figure it out. Thanks for listening ā¤ļøš

21-Day Challenge: Complete ā
I loved this challenge so much! I hadnāt done some of these workouts since I first joined almost 4 years ago(!), and the memoriesĀ andĀ the sweat came flooding back š
Back then, those workoutsĀ reallyĀ challenged me... and they still do, but in such a different way now. Itās amazing to feel how much Iāve grown ā not just in strength, flexibility, and endurance, but in how I talk to myself.
Iām so grateful for how Marnie has changed my inner voice. Where there used to be judgment, now thereās curiosity. When I used to think any modifications were a failure I now listen to what my body needs on that day.
āØThat mindset shift has been life-changing ā on and off the mat. āØ
So much gratitude to Marnie and this incredible community. This challenge reminded me where I started, and showed me just how far Iāve come. š

This challenge was a challenge lol but also so fun! I felt it had such great energy that gave me a boost each day! It was a reminder how coming to the mat each day is sacred and so healing. It feels good to come to a place in the day and on the mat to really be with yourself and your body. I feel listening to my body and not pushing is something I still really need to work on. I did try though throughout it such as lessening the impact when my body asked and allowing a day for more soft movement. Thank you Marnie for all your words throughout this challenge, all the encouragement and healing words offered each day in these classes! M/Body is a true gift that Iām forever grateful for!
