My legs have been feeling very heavy and tight recently and I wanted to do something slow and intentional to help relieve whatever tension I'm storing. It's the coldest, wettest day outside today (Winter in the Southern Hemisphere), so I lit a candle and did this class this morning. It's wonderful, almost felt the tension moving away. I highly recommend this flow. Thank you, Marnie x

A bit delayed here but finally did this class today! Firstly, this class flew by! But secondly, and most importantly, I love that using the ball really feels like we’re working all little stabilising / supporting muscles (which as I’m running a lot more this year is so good for me!). I’m inspired to revisit all movement ball classes again. Thank you 🫶🏼

Oooooh a new favourite standing core to rival my ol’ faithful /304!!! Love! A perfect all rounder with some extra challenge through the weights (I switched between my 2kg and 1kg handweights). Keen to try ankle weights at some stage for extra punch - I’ll report back 😁

Favourited this class. Needed it all today + the closing meditation, thank you, Marnie! Not sure if there is another Francesca or if that was another sign I needed to do this class and keep on exploring recovery flows that I am only really loving and enjoying recently. I will def come back to this one - actually incorporated ankle weights into this one too, which I found worked perfectly. Here's a question though - I'm keen to use ankle weights more for extra toning and strength, do you think most of our classes we can do so, or is it too much? xx

Strangely I have usually avoided the chair classes (not quite sure why) and when deciding on a class to choose today I landed on this one; it might have been the addition of the ankle weights that appealed to me + reading all the amazing comments. Anyway I am very grateful I did because I loved it!! Now I’m on a mission to try them all 🙏🏼🙌🏼 For anyone umm’ing and ahh’ing about whether to do this class - do it! I felt lean, strong and powerful, and stretched, plus the new combos were such fun! Will def revisit this class again 💜💜💜
