A bit delayed here but finally did this class today! Firstly, this class flew by! But secondly, and most importantly, I love that using the ball really feels like we’re working all little stabilising / supporting muscles (which as I’m running a lot more this year is so good for me!). I’m inspired to revisit all movement ball classes again. Thank you 🫶🏼

My legs have been feeling very heavy and tight recently and I wanted to do something slow and intentional to help relieve whatever tension I'm storing. It's the coldest, wettest day outside today (Winter in the Southern Hemisphere), so I lit a candle and did this class this morning. It's wonderful, almost felt the tension moving away. I highly recommend this flow. Thank you, Marnie x
