Hi beautiful fam 😘
I have been off the mat for at least 2 weeks. Tonight I had the choice to feel sorry for myself and grab my pj's or embrace the unbalance in my body, put on my leggings, grab my laptop and my mat! I chose the latter. I will lean into Ballet sweat 324 and I get to go at my pace. As Marnie said in the q&a, it comes back quickly. So even if I'm not 100% motivated....I get to give my body time, love and healing through the magic of M/body. Ok.... enough procrastination.... it's time to move and sweat!

Hi beautiful fam… it’s been a couple weeks since I’ve been able to jump back in (which worked out I guess since there haven’t been any new lives with the retreat happening! It looked so fun!). Last Saturday (10.21) I married my husband (!! still feels weird to say), and it was glorious and perfect. Small intimate backyard thang (highly recommend getting married with only your nearest and dearest, it was perfect, had only about 30 guests). My husband has taken a job in the South Pole (yes, Antarctica!) to work on a telescope. He will be there for a year, so I won’t see him until next November. We had our tearful goodbye today, a week after we got married. Anyways - my request for the fam is hit me with your favorites for low energy, healing heart flows. I’ve been so focused on the wedding and then spending every second possible with him, I haven’t been in a place (mental or physical) to hit the mat since before we got married. And I want to ease back into it! I know any of the low impact ones will work, but are there any y’all specifically love for when you’re feeling sad or heavy hearted? Let me know! Sending love to you all! ❤️

Me & my two baby boys 👶🏻👶🏻 are loving the strive for 5 challenge! It’s so so helpful to have a customizable guide and encourages me to do classes I either forgot about or haven’t tried. My boys are especially loving all the punching moves and trying them out themselves. 😉 Excited for a new class on Wednesday too!

Hi Fam!

I don’t won’t anyone to miss the first live back so if your clocks go back one hour this weekend (I believe this is the European Fam) the lives on

  • Wednesday November 1
  • Saturday November 4

will be one hour earlier.

After that the clocks go back in the US too so the times return to normal.

I’m in the UK so for me this means the Wednesday live will be at 16:00 as opposed to 17:00 and the Saturday live will be at 17:00 as opposed to 18:00. These times are shown in the Upcoming Live Classes section.

I'm curious what everyone's least favorite move is? You know, the one you keep trying to fall in love with but always back off of? I'm also curious if you got yourself to actually fall in love with said moves!

For me, after 3 years im still trying to love the high knees in plank posture / classic mountain climbers! I always cut out to child's pose early 😅🙏 But I have gotten myself in lean into, enjoy and actually look forward to planks and push-ups 😂 so I couldn't help but wonder about it!

I’ve been going back and forth about posting this or not. Ultimately I decided I need support, hence here I am. My back has been bothering me off and on for years. It has come to a head recently (always flares after I’ve been away from the mat due to illness, travel,etc. - this time I got injured doing yard work). Anyway, I’ve officially been diagnosed with scoliosis. I’m in physical therapy and trying to learn what is safe and best for me to maintain my function and strength as much as possible as I age. If any of you have any insights or experiences with scoliosis I’d love to hear them. I’m doing better and able to do 30 minute classes again with modifications. Glad we are all on the journey together. Happy Italy retreat to those who are there! Lifting all of you up! ❤️
