Hi everyone! This is my first time posting on our community board, which is scary and delightful all at once! I have been doing m/body for a while now—-very shyly observing how much this community loves on and interacts with Marnie and with each other. So now I’m joining in!!
At the moment, I’m trying to find the class where, during end of class chat, Marnie talks about loving on the part of your body you usually don’t/what physically happens to that body part when you don’t give it kindness and attention. Anyone remember that off the top of their head? Thank you ahead of time! And thank you for having me!

Where are the August Leos? Happy birthday month to us! I turned 38 on 8/8! This morning I went to a flower farm to cut a bouquet and I’m dedicating it to us. 🎂 See you at today’s live!

Missed Saturday’s live to adopt this sweet boy ☺️ catching up today and spent the entire class laughing b/c he wanted the ball. I’m much more driven to hold on to it now 😂 💪

Hey fam. Looking for guidance, validation, or anything you have to offer regarding pulled hamstrings. Last month when we were doing the ballet glider class, I went into the splits with the gliders under my feet. I heard a pop and immediate pain radiated down my right, dominant leg. Anyway, it’s been a month and I’ve been focusing on rest, recovery, and strength building, only going as deep into a stretch as my sweet hammy lets me. I guess my question is, and this may sound dramatic, but will I ever be able to do the splits again? I feel like this is a lesson in my pride and perfectionism. I was really proud of the flexibility I had, and my ego wants me to be able to get there again quickly. In the rabbit hole of online physical therapy, I also came across proximal hamstring tendinopathy, which has me questioning if I ever was truly flexible or just pushing myself too hard for too long. Any tips/ words of wisdom are welcome. 🥹💗

Looking for recs! I would love some <45s and <60s that don't have us doing ab work on the floor - I have some back and neck sensitivity and I've been told to avoid doing floor ab work where I am on my back. Some of my favorite classes are <30 Standing Core, <30 Posture Perfect/202, <30 Posture Perfect/323, <Super Bowl Standing Sculpt/258, and <45 Low Impact Ballet Sculpt and Stretch/243. Thank you!
