My movement balls are here! Thank you Marnie and Katelyn for sending them over the ocean to me ❤️ My tense lower back is loving them for sit ups. Only problem is the children keep trying to steal them 😘

What a year this has already been. I lost my mom at the end of January. I was her care giver, as her and my father lived with us. She was my mom, my best friend, and best grandma to my kids. This has been a pain unlike any other, but I made a promise to her and myself that I would commit to being as healthy and strong as I could this year. So I gave my self the 365 days of m/body challenge. One workout a day even if it is only 10 minutes, everyday. So far I am 76 days into it and it really helps. So many emotions being released, muscles being challenged, as well as my mind. I am so beyond grateful for Marnie and what she has created. I have been doing M/body for almost 4 years and it always keep me on my toes. To all those hurting, suffering, feeling lonely, or in pain, know you are not alone. This group is amazing for support and kindness. This to shall pass. Bright days are ahead. Be in the light!

Gliders on carpet
Hey fam! Does anyone use the new M/body gliders on carpet? I wasn’t sure if they would only work on a hard surface. Thank you for the help!!

Hey M/Body Fam! This one is for Marnie.. Any food for thought on supplements for rickety joints? Fish oil? CLA? My Dr. has told me I have "loose joints" plus I'm a clutz, so I'm always tripping, over extending, torquing my knee, etc. Sorry for the atrocious spelling, the coffee is still setting in!

Movement for grief

Hi all,
I’m going through a bit of tough time right now: my grandfather, who’s at the center of my family and lives across the country, had an extremely unexpected health decline this week, and is going to pass away within the next few days. He is also processing and has asked that none of us be there as he goes through this, which I’m trying to respect and understand, but which is also extremely difficult and challenging to navigate in every possible way. Movement and distraction has been really helpful, but certain videos feel like too much for me right now. If anyone has gone through a period of grief on here, I would so appreciate any recommendations for classes that can help me get back in my body and take space to refocus while also not overwhelming myself. And if you could send some love and light my family’s way, I would really appreciate it ❤️

Even elephants love Marnies workouts :-) I love that I can download sessions and still practice when I’m in the bush, in between safaris, without any WiFi. Thanks for this option on the app!

Support 

Hey G-fam. It feels uneasy to ask for support and some love ❤️ I still have old messages in my mind that I have to be tough, hard, and independent when things feel overwhelming but truly, madly, and deeply I love being soft and gentle along with connecting with others. I need some kindness and a warm embrace in this moment. ✨️ I have my period and it's been a whirlwind of emotions and anxiety, plus it's still snowy in Buffalo with constant overcast and I've been going through it. Lots of old painful memories coming up and since I've hit 30 yrs old new connections and perspectives on my life have been showing up. As awesome as it is & with opportunities to heal old wounds, it's frigging overwhelming and scary in some moments. I need to feel and know I'm not alone. My mom is passed on & my sister and I are not close, so I don't have many women in my real life that I can rely on and trust. So, I could really use some kind words please. Thank you and so much love to you all! ❤️
