Anyone else hate the dentist and avoid making dentist appointments for months and months?? Anyways, I made one today. Day 10 ☑️

I have been putting this off for months. I just booked:

• Lab work (giant phobia of blood tests over here …)

• Mammogram

• Pap test

The challenge was the kick in the pants I needed to get this done. Let’s go Day 10!

Hello everyone - I’ve been out for the count with glandular fever and bronchitis and now I’m ok but weak as a kitten. Does anyone have any workout suggestions for easing back into things very gently?

I have been joining challenges since September 2020, and I think sitting in the sunlight is my favorite wellness challenge yet! Out again today. 😎

Spent my whole day in airports and on airplanes (am so thankful to be home!) so I could not spend time in the sunshine. My husband sent me this photo that he took of Aubrey while they were outside this afternoon and it is just perfect. My sunlight ☀️☀️☀️

Excited to be a part of this challenge and priorotize self love, care and health with all of you! This year has been rough as my dad passed away, after his second leg amputation. He would have given everything to keep his legs, so I’m embracing feeling every muscle and showing all the love to what this body is able to do and give it plenty of grace too. 💛💛💛 love this community board.
